Shipping policy

Our delivery price for retail orders is a flat fee of $9.95 per order delivered anywhere in Australia.  For wholesale orders you will be charged the cost price charged by Fastway Couriers. 

We choose to use Fastway Couriers as our preferred shipping partner.  You can track your order here http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel just have your delivery consignment number ready to enter (this will be sent to you once your order is processed).

Please allow the regular delivery times for your order to arrive (Fastway website will list their delivery timeframe).

If you do not authorise for your parcel to be left if no one is home they will leave a calling card and it is your responsibility to contact them and arrange collection/redelivery.  If you do authorise for the delivery to be left then it is your responsibility if something happens after delivery.  Fastway Couriers generally photograph the delivery but cannot be held responsible if the parcel is taken before you arrive home to collect.  No replacement goods will be sent in this situation.

If you choose Australia Post - please note there may be a delay or 1-2 days to process this into the system as we primarily (and preferably) use Fastway Couriers.
