Customer Service Policy

At Wheat Bags we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality Australian made products.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.  Standard dispatch timeframe is within 2 business days of your final order.  In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, colour or a refund.

We offer a 6 month manufacturing warranty for retail orders and 3 month manufacturing warranty for wholesale orders.  This warranty covers faulty workmanship - so if a seam comes undone we will cover this issue.  If however, a Wheat Bag is burnt, that issue falls outside our warranty guidelines and is deemed a user issue.  The microwave may have a fault or it may have been user error - example: the turntable becomes stuck and causes concentrated heat resulting in a burn.  We advise always watching the Wheat Bag carefully to ensure a full rotation is made before (if needed) leaving the product unattended. 

A microwave may have a fault that is not detectable in food or beverages as they are stirred thereby displacing any potential hot spot - however, this hot spot can become concentrated on a Wheat Bag causing a burn or mark.  This situation is a user error and not covered under warranty.
