This versatile Wheat Bag can be worn on any limb on the body. Hook and loop closing with lycra attachment in 3 different sizes.  THIS IS SIZE SMALL AND IT IS BEST FOR WRISTS, SMALL FOREARMS, SMALL ELBOWS AND SMALL ANKLES it has a circumference of 20cm to 35cm
